My name is Jenny Musselle, I am 28 years old and live in my own flat with the support of Personal Assistants. My passion is writing and I am very ambitious.

I spent 6 years at The Orpheus Centre in Godstone, Surrey, an independent performing arts college for young people with disabilities which was founded by the entertainer and lyricist Sir Richard Stilgoe. While there, I took part in weekly script-writing sessions, working with a professional script writer. Before leaving, I won Bronze and Silver Arts Awards.

Since leaving Orpheus, I have continued writing and have now completed several short and full-length plays. Recently, I was accepted on to the writing team of the London-based Talawa Theatre Company for a piece of devised theatre called Sweet Taboo. Two of my scenes were used in the final production at The Embassy Theatre in London.

In addition to play-writing, I have been in a variety of performances both at Orpheus and at The Croydon Youth Theatre. I was also lucky enough to take part in the Opening Ceremony of the 2012 Paralympic Games.

I continue to write plays and I am eager to share my work with those involved in drama for young people, who are seeking new material.

Please go to my Scripts & Downloads page where there is a synopsis of each piece. Should you wish to have a complete copy then we can discuss suitable arrangements.
